Before final delivery

The delivery fee is agreed with the sender in person before Sendry accepts and ships the package. Review the payment and claim information below.
Agreed before shipping
The sender agrees to the delivery fee before the package is accepted. Once it reaches the destination area, the recipient must pay that agreed fee before final delivery. No additional, unagreed fee should be requested.
Verify before sending
Before paying, confirm the tracking number, exact amount, Bitcoin network, and payment address with official Sendry support. After sending, provide the transaction hash, exact amount, network, and approximate date and time. A screenshot may help locate a payment, but neither a screenshot nor a submitted hash alone confirms settlement; Sendry independently verifies receipt.

Report damage on delivery
Refund requests are available only when a package is delivered damaged and the payment can be verified. Include the tracking number, transaction hash, exact amount, approximate send time, and clear photos of the package and damage. Claims are reviewed separately; payment details alone do not establish damage or guarantee a refund.
